What are trolls on Y!A!?

A troll is not something you want to be. A troll, is a person who is here just to annoy other users and to cause as much upset as they can.

However, it is almost invariably an inadequate individual who can be safely ignored unless they target you then they will harrass you.

Sometimes it is just sad thirteen year olds loose on Mom's computer.

Because they are cowards, trolls virtually never use their own name This is not a strong indicator on its own! Trolls rarely get beyond level 1 or 2 because they get reported and suspended.::::Someone that reports valid violations is NOT A TROLL

Repetition of a question or statement is either a troll - or a pedant; either way, treatment as a troll is effective.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS. ::::::::::Trolls need attention to survive so ignoring them is best as they will starve to death. :::Trolls will answer with what they think is a funny witty answer and in reality it is silly and stupid but other trolls do find it funny.

Trolls are usually sad, lonely folk, with few social skills; they rarely make what most people would consider intelligent conversation. ::::However, they frequently have an obsession with their IQ and feel the need to tell everyone. ::::::::: They will answer questions, and sometimes post their own questions to insult other users, harass them or make fun of them and try to provoke a response from a person so they can report them..

::::: They will report every post they feel like reporting, just because they can.

::::Trolls hate Top Contributors

::::::There are trolls that just send nasty messages to users using email.::::::::::::::::::::::::Some have multiple accounts to give themselves best answers for points which is indicative of how pathetic they really are.

::::::::::There are trolls that just post links to their questions.in others questions. ::::::::::::::::::::Trolls will give Thumbs Down to all the answers on some questions for fun. :::::::::: Some trolls copy and paste other users answers on a regular basis -but they do get reported. ::::Trolls will insult users ::: use offensive language::post racist and inflammatory questions.

:::There are trolls that steal others name and profile image and post bad comments/questions/answers using that persons name.:::::Trolls will stalk a user that they don't like or one that has gotten them angry, it is better to keep your q&a's private so they have no access and can't report all your q&a's.

A troll is somebody who posts provocative comments just to get a reaction. this is stressful and infantile, so maximum folk dislike people who do it. in case you're no longer specific if a guy or woman is trolling click on their profile and learn their different posts. in case you spot that they have got a background of posting nonsense just to bait others, you already know you have have been given your self a troll. in simple terms forget approximately them and starve them of the oxygen of interest that they are after.

A person who posts negative or vulgar comments, report fellow Y!A users normally for no logically reason and one of the common ones is they tend to give ppl thumbs down just for fun.
