no, its not in one central place. its in billions, if not trillions of computers round the globe. for example, your little mom and pop pizza shop, may have a small website. well, that website is completely ran off a single household computer in their back room, thats it.
so, you want to see the internet, look right at your computer tower/laptop, WE are the internet
