There are veterinarians open all the time. They are called emergency vets.

But if your cat is acting normal, not vomiting, eating, drinking, etc. then I am sure he will be fine. Chances are that he only ingested a small amount of alcohol. While it is not good for him, it should pass through the body rather quickly. Make sure he has lots of fresh water available for drinking.

If he shows any worrying signs, please get him to a veterinarian as soon as possible.
