Anyone know of a place in Chico where I could bring my horse AND have my 18th bday party?

Ok, so my birthday's comming up SOON and I board my horse at another property but can't have a bunch of friends there. So, I want to trailer my horse to maybe an area in Bidwell Park?? We won't be riding, just hanging around my horse, so I didn't know if there's parts where you don't have to ride, just a place where its ok to tie him maybe. ??  Other ideas are greatly accepted. Thanks!!

I think Bidwell Park has trails for riding, doesn't it? (I live in Red Bluff, don't go there often). But anyways, if they do, you shouldn't have any trouble taking your horse there. Even just to hang out. 

Or theres somewhere I think just outside of Chico where we used to go show... Wish I could remember the name of it..
