Probably. Depends on your Graphics card. This is the most important thing on your laptop to play games. Windows 7 + Team Fortress 2 = Works fine. But if your video card is slow, the gameplay will be choppy. What Graphics card do you have?

Search "can my computer run it?" and you should find a website easily which tells you if your computer has all the needed system requirements.
Windows 7 could possibly run it i think but i tried to get fallout 3 (windows Xp/ Vista) to run on my friends windows 7 and it didn't work when i tried to do new game.
