Question regarding magic jack?
im recently using Magic Jack VoIP to call but when i talk to someone my voice gets delayed alot like 3 seconds . im from Puerto Rico and using a phone that cost me 10 bucks ... should it be the ISP, the magic jack or the phone itself that gets delayed??

I feel it's the Magic Jack.I'm in Florida and have the same result
