Do you have a wireless router indoors? That would be my first port of call.

    Ah...

The CDs used in Wifi setup are all just wizard configuration. YOu don;t need the CD at all, it just makes things nice and automatic (which they nearly are anyway):

    You need to know:

    Your wifi network name (SSID)

What type of encryption you are using. (usually WEP or WPA)

The passkey or passphrase for that encrytion.

    and thats about it.

If you know those things, Open up your wifi connection program (either Windows internal or whatever your new netbook uses) and just fill in the blanks.

Unfortunately without a bit more info (like Operating System and model of your computer) its hard to give more than a generic roadmap:

Make sure your WiFi adapter is set to obtain DHCP from the router, and tell it where and how to look for that router..... No need for the CD.

thats the point of NETBOOKS a CD Drive adds weight to laptops thats y that are so big to install all drivers on a CD do one of the following:

Put the CD Into a computer with a CD Drive and copy its contents to a SD card or a flash drive or external hard drive

hook a external CD Drive to the USB port and put the CD In netbooks have the SD card to replace the CD Drive because noone buys or uses CDs anymore netbooks sound supply a SD card of drivers instead of a CD
