Can I access my iTunes account on a different computer?

Question

So, I usually have all my songs on my iTunes account, which I access from our house computer. Unfortunately, our computer has a virus and luckily, we sent it away for repair and nothing should be removed from the computer. In the meantime, I'm trying to access my account with all my songs on a different computer. But I dont know how to access it, or even if I'm able to access it. Please help? O, and Merry Christmas! =)

You can acces your purchased items only, any other downloaded items can not be accessed

Well if the computer your using has itunes then go to "itunes store", and the owner of the computers account will have there email account at the top and there is a button that says logout by it so just press that(:

if you bought your music then just download itunes on the computer. then in the store tab in the top left corner sign in. after uve sign in also in the same tab authorize ur computer. this shoudl do. merry xmas to u too
