if charged with attempted theft from employer, what could be the sentence! My friend is on bail now till?

he is on bail now pending further investigation. Strange thing is he has not been told whether he is dismissed or suspended from job. He is really worried as he did not intend to steal.

Here's a news flash.  There are 50 states.  They all have their own laws.  If he's out on bail, he's been charged.  Find out the statute number and look it up.  The Google works.  Try it.

Is there a script that you all read from?  How do you NOT intend to steal?  That, and 'It's my first time."  Especially from the exact same people you caught last week.

They ain't gonna call him up and tell him he's fired.  They figure he already knows that by the charge against him.  But if he's dumb enough to show up at work (and interestingly, he HASN'T), they'll be sure to let him know.

Now, about that bridge you were trying to sell....?
