suffering with insomnia and nausea, any ideas?
3 months ago i was rushed to hospital with the worst pain i've ever experienced. I'd had stomach pains coming and going but these were absoloutely awful, it felt like something had twisted inside and it physically stopped me from moving, and if i did force it to move i'd die (that sounds so dramatic, but honestly. Ive had appendicitus a few years ago and left it a week before going to the doctors because theres always something wrong with me, by then it had burst and infected everything, that was very painful, but this scared me). Mum and I were both worried i'd die, but didnt say this to each other at the time.
Since then ive been feeling sick every day just about, its not constant, and I havn't been sick, but it comes and goes, and right now i feel really really sick.
My boyfriend and I broke up 2 months ago and since then really ive just been a rubbish sleeper. I'm taking sleeping tablets at the moment which are helping a lot, but its been 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 at the most. for 2 months.
could they be linked? and any ideas? Guessing ill have to go to the doctors again.

You might have a stomach ulcer, which would explain the crippling pain. I would definitely go and have it checked out. If the pain is around while you're trying to sleep, then that's what's keeping you up.

so you didn't go to the dr. three months ago... well maybe you should get there. and the sleeping pills thing. "there helping alot" from what you explained it's the cause of your sleeping problems. think about it. if you stay up all night without pills do you think you'll be tired the next night without pills? i think you would. try it, and see whats wrong with your stomach too
