What color is this and how can I acheive it at home with bleach and dye?

Please don't preach to me about getting it done at a salon or how bad it is for my hair, I don't care. I'm doing it at home, I have no money to get it done at a salon at all, I would have to wait to to long. Please just answer as best as you can, what color is that and what steps do i have to do to acheive that color at home, My natural hair color right now is dark brown, deep chocolate brown.

I'm not good with hair dye, but I do know that if you have dark hair you'll need to bleach it first. Once it's light enough, a honey blonde color should take well :] & on the boxes of dye, they have little swatches that'll tell you what the color looks like depending on your natural hair color. But if you have any questions, you can most likely just ask a hair stylist (no pressure to actually get it done at a salon, just a consultation) or anyone at a department store.

Honey blonde I think...caramel maybe? I don't know how to apply it..
