This is a classic presentation of a misalignment of the spine. I would recommend that you see a chiropractor. They will be able to adjust it and realign it. This should help the muscles to relax and for the pain to subside.
I really wish you the best.

I am relatively sorry to listen to that approximately your father. To reply the query, I could describe getting a tattoo feeling like a ball-factor pen drawing relatively tough in your epidermis. It's extra traumatic than it's painful (to me besides). I have a phoenix tattoo on my higher/mid again and shoulders-for me the one truly painful side was once over the backbone. It's like little pricks on your again, however then you definately suppose the nerves twitch to your palms/legs once they tattoo over the backbone (lovely bizarre honestly). I would not describe it as excruciating, I did not cry or go out. I recognise a few individuals additionally suppose extra touchy over the shoulder blades, however I individually didn't. It relatively relies on how your frame is and your artist. Hope that is helping, and well good fortune!
