Colostrum is the first milk of a women after delivery. It contains many immunoglobulins which gives immunity to the neonate against many diseases specialy those diseases which are common in neonatal period. However, It doesnt have any ability to regenerate dead cells

colostrum is the milk secreted by the mother for the first time.it is very good for the baby as it has mant antibodies in it which confer resistance against many pathogens and diseases.it cant cure any diseases but can provide resistance against few.colostrum has no ability to re generate dead cells.
