LAN distribution of security updates?
I have two computers running windows XP with a workgroup on a network. Is there any way to automatically download the updates from AVG and windows update once, instead of having to have both computers download the same updates twice?

You can download the definitions update of AVG but you have manually install them on each computer though. On Windows XP update patches, you can use Autopatcher. Autopatcher downloads available updates, keeps them and creates an easy to configure installer so that you can deploy updates on workstations without wasting internet bandwidth.
