Assassin's Creed PC freezing problems.?
I have had Assassin's Creed Director's Cut Edition for the PC for a while, but I've only really played it recently to finish it so I could get number 2. But there's a problem that, after about 4-10 minutes of playing, the whole computer freezes up, the sound continues for a few seconds and then just loops, and the whole screen goes a red hue with most of the pixels fully red in a sort of pattern. Then it goes black and it says 'No signal input' on the screen. All I can do is switch my PC off at the tower and restart it.
I've looked all around the internet, many forums and stuff show others have this problem, but I am STILL yet to find help.
My system specs are:
==System==
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
System Manufacturer: OEM
System Model: OEM
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Page File: 1537 MB used, 6649 MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
==Display==
Name: NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GT
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip Type: GeForce 9600

Main Driver: nvd3dumx.dll,nvwgf2umx.dll,nvwgf2
Version: 8.16.11.9062
==Sound==

If someone has a CONFIRMED working solution to this problem, please could you tell me anything I could do? Without drastically changing anything on my computer? Thanks in advance!

hey there. im no proffesional but i do consider myself pretty good at computers and gaming.. have you tried reinstalling.. cause if not before you do try u might be able to keep your save, go into c drive, program files, choose the games developer company (eg. violition inc) and try to find them there. all of your system requirements seem fine and sounds like a nice computer. or maybe try burning it to a disc and try it on someone elses computer, if it works fine on theirs i would reccomend maybe either getting your cord checked out (unlikely thats the problem tho) or make sure your computer isnt overheating. if none of these solutions work, email me at joelricketts96@hotmail.com.

I had a situation equivalent to this different than each and every each and every so often the activity does no longer even commence yet on my own freeze. All i did became into reinstall and each thing is working effective at optimal photos.
