Itouch Iwoopie please help.?

I got an Itouch for christmas and I downloaded Iwoopie from App Store. My problem is when I open it, it say ''Cannot connect to Network''. From other peoples video on youtube, theirs work but not on mine.

Can anyone please help me to get it right?
