Apps don't work unless I have iTunes card?

I want some applications on my iPod touch, but can't really afford an iTunes card at the moment.

I'm 13 so I can't get a job...

Is their anyway to get applications without the trouble of an itunes card?

    Itunes card is not the issue, you is the problem
