Why is it that the "Burgers" you buy at a fast food restaurant, NEVER look like the ones in the advertising?

You know what I mean. There's this picture of a fantastic looking double cheeseburger with bacon and lettuce and tomato and pickle, all fresh and crispy. But when you open the paper wrap, there's this monstrosity of dead meat with 'trinkets' of pickle buried in a casket of bread. Why???

Professional will spend hours making the items the are advertising look as perfect as perfect can be.

They embelish by putting all the lecttuce, tomatos, pickles, oinion etc. in the sandwich in such a manor

that will make them look bigger, better than what you ultimately will get at the restaurant. Because there

they have to get everything on the inside.

I have seen that quite often. the burgers that i see in the pictures look so much bigger than in real life. For example, the Big Hardee, its not really big. and usually they are put together so sloppy, its weird. I guess it just depends on the mood of the workers, and the laziness of the workers. Because if they want customers, they have to look neat and taste good.

it's all about the advertisement, people wouldn't actually come in and order it if they knew how gross it actually looked. so to attract more customers they make the food look fresh and delicious on tv so you'd come in and buy it. the people at a burger joint wouldn't use all of the best ingredients and keep it all fresh because it would just cost them more to do. so that's basically why they do it. hope i helped.

The main reason is that what you see on TV or pictures on Billboards, are designed so that you can see everything that's on the sandwich. In reality if you make a sandwich properly, everything is centered, so you wouldn't necessarily be able to tell what is on it just by looking at it!

yea it's just a simple trick to lure you into believing what they want u to believe.

yep rich p. ppl on the net... we all should realize that pics and webcam are 2 VERY different things.

most ppl look great in their pictures on the net but when they get on webcam... well u get my drift....

Because in the advertising they are made by a professional.

And in the restaurants they are made in a hurry by people who don't care about quality.

because the ones in commercials are fake. They are simply props to get you to buy the real thing.

It's a lot like those girls who are amazing on the first date, but once you're in a relationship they turn in to gorgons.

ha, because they trick you just when your hungry the commercials pop up showing that delicious looking burger... and you just fall for it go buy one and even though it looks nothing like the commercial your already there so might just as well eat your a** off.

Why is it that when you meet a girl from the internet, she never looks like her picture?
