What is the best writing magazine?

I am a 20 year old student looking to improve my writing. I am mostly interested in fiction writing and would like to subscribe to a magazine. I would like the magazine to have good articles and writing contests. What do you recommend?

    I don't know of that many magazine's other than time...but www.Mibba.com is a writing website that's helped me a lot.(:
