Watch the ACLU defend him. The dude can buy Northwest a new plane and Janet Napolitano is too busy making sure the spanish speaking illegals are welcome by the thousands. Homeland Security is an oxymoron.
If he were my kid, I'd be ashamed, not only did the dude squander the cash, he's the new poster boy for Terrorism. Not a good resume to have in the USA.
But hey, USA homeland security jokers dropped the ball on this one. Worry about all the other rich haters out there with an itch to massacre Americans.

This country`s whole criminal/judicial system is lopsided in favor of perpetrator of crime, to detriment of the victim.This is a fact. And this idiot who by lucky chance is still alive, but would have blown to bits over 270 people, as easily as he farts-with no remorse-will get aclu, and other pro "rights" groups legal defense easier than victims of criminals such as him do.Such is warped and lame U.S. criminal/legal system, and that`s one reason all these millions of illegals are getting away with their crimes.

Why is he even still alive to need a lawyer? He had the device on him, the 3rd degree burns are proof, cased closed.
