the card eff say that i can spacial summon by tributing one dragon that i control, the question i, i can special summon it from deck, removed or graviard except from hand?

you can special summon it by removing one dragon on your side of the field, this only works in your hand. You cannot do this effect in the grave, deck, etc etc

no, usually when a card says special summon........... but its does not say from where, then it mean from your hand. You cant special summon it from the deck or graveyard by its effect, hoped this helped.
