try putting a small amount of bleach on the pink areas and watch it closely try not to get any on the parts that are bleached. Maybe you can have someone help you with this. leave it on for no longer than 5 minutes. any color left in should be light enough to cover with color or will wash out with a few more shampoos.

What you did wrong is bleaching your hair 9 times! Do not use any more bleach on your poor, poor hair. At the very most I would dye it darker to cover up the horrible colour the bleach as left behind... make sure it has red pigment in it. I know it means you and your hair has been through this for nothing but if you carry on, you aren't going to have any left to worry about! Leave it alone until it recovers... buy Aussie Three Minute Miracle Conditioner, Hot Oil Treatments and anything else that you come across which have great reviews and CONDITION the hell out of your hair! Once it is back to usual... buy the Jerome Russell home bleaching kit... It's the only home bleaching kit I've come across which actually works! Use it for no longer than 60 minutes, whatever the colour and then bleach it again if you have to! The achieve platinum you will need to use a toner after bleaching... Don't just bleach it until it's white. If you feel your hair starting to break, then give it a rest and do it in stages... Go light brown, then blonde and then platinum.

SPOT BLEACH. Selecting the pieces that aren't blonde and bleaching just those parts, wrap them in foil to avoid the bleach going on the already bleached parts. Keep a close eye on it too, checking when it's the correct colour.
Since it's already been bleached don't use anything over a 30vol developer or your hair will start to snap.

you can bleach them again ... there's no other way to get temporary hair dye out other to let it wash out or bleach it ... and once it's been bleached but is still there, it doesn't wash out very well. (know from experience) so just get some bleach powder and 20 volume peroxide. i wouldn't use anything stronger than 20 volume since you've already bleached it. you might have to leave it on a little longer than you did the first time you bleached, but it won't damage your hair so bad. the faster hair lightens with bleach, the more damage it does ... just watch it. good luck!

What you should do is bleach the parts that didn't bleach but watch them really closely so they don't turn a different shade than the rest of your hair.
