6 weeks pregnant and no severe nausea or vomiting?
I have heard that vomiting or severe nausea in early pregnancy is a sign of a healthy baby so far.
I'm 6 weeks today and the most I've had on those lines are a little minor queasiness in the morning when I first wake up, that quickly passes. I work with a girl who is also about 6-7 weeks and she was throwing up all shift!
Is this a sign that everything is not going okay? I've always had a very weak stomach, so this is a suprise. I feel like by not vomiting I'm taking the easy way out, lol!
Aside from that, my breasts are very tender, I pee by the hour, I'm hungry all the time (and everything tastes ten times better than it normally did!!! no aversions though), and when I do anything physical, I get very weak and my heart starts racing. But amongst all that, no nausea.

I am 11 weeks, and I have only puked ONCE! It's nice so be happy about it! You have symptoms, and as long as you aren't cramping or bleeding at all, don't be worried!
I do feel sick alot, and super tired... nobody believes me that I don't actually get sick!
We just had our first ultra sound and saw the little peanuts heartbeat, it was an amazing feeling to see everything was okay!
You will be just fine. It is normal and everyone is different. Good Luck with everything! :)

I was pregnant 4 times and never was i with morning sickness nor did I throw up as a matter my last baby is from my second husband and he had my sickness and in the morning he would throw up so true but any way i have 4 healthy normal children . I have 2 girls and 2 boys but u should know each and every pregnancy is different and each person is different so I would not worry to much and I am sure that when u see your doctor he or she will tell you the same. As fer as getting tired that will get worst as further along you get you will get more tired and pee more than on the hour ,more like every 20-30 minutes depending on your drinking.Well I am sure you will have a healthily happy baby best of luck

People say that N/V is a good sign because it means your hormone levels are high; while no N/V means your hormone levels are low (which can indicate possible miscarriage. But, this isn´t always true in every single case. For example, my mother and sister in law both had pregnancies with NO vomiting whatsoever, and both had perfectly healthy babies (myself and my nephew).
Also, most people don´t start having these problems til about 6 weeks, so it could still kick in for you.
Personally, if I am lucky enough to get through my pregnancy without any severe N/V (I´ve already had bouts of nausea, but no vomiting), I will be thanking my lucky stars for sure (I´m a total emetophobe)

I have had 2 pregnancies like that. One is now a healthy 4 1/2 yod (best pregnancy I had :) and the other is now 21 weeks gestation and very wiggly little girl due in May. Count your blessings on this. Keep in mind, morning sickness can kick in at anytime. So while you might be feeling well now, it is possible that your body could turn on you. Not saying that will happen, but it can (it's happened to me before as well.) Enjoy the relative good feeling. You couldn't have it any better. :)

no, you have nothing to worry about. With my i just had a little queasiness to but, never actually vomitted. Because, of those experiences with no vommitting or anything i kind of figured i was going to have a baby boy because, when women are pregnant with females they do tend to vommitt more and i think this is because of the doubling in hormones. I am 22 weeks and 4 days. still have vommitted or anything and its been pretty easy and i am having a healthy baby boy. You have nothing to worry about

I'm worried about this exact same thing because I've heard that about if you are nauseous you're pregnancy is healthy and I'm about as far as you are and I haven't had any except for some dizziness and a little bit of acid feeling and some puke feelings every once and a while, but not that bad and normally when I am laying down.

When I was pregnant, I NEVER had morning sickness or any kind of nausea unless I ate absolutely too much. My baby turned out just fine, and she's perfectly healthy, and very chunky lol.

Not everyone gets sick during pregnancies. Your body may not respond in that way. By no means does having no nausea mean that there is something wrong with you or your baby. You sound perfectly fine.

It's a sign that you're one of the lucky ones lol. Vomiting isn't a sign of anything good in my mind. Just be thankful that you aren't hugging the toilet. In a few weeks you'll be thinking, oh god why did I ask to be vomiting lol.
