How do you use spells in demon's souls?
I bought the flame toss spell and it is set to up in the bottom left hand corner. Idk how to actually use it. any help?

you have to either have a talisman of beasts, a wooden catalyst or silver catalyst. you also have to equip the spell by going to the person you learned the spell from

You need a catalyst (wood one can be found in 1-2) equiped; either left or right hand. If you equip it in your left press L1 if in the right press R1. When you approch an enemy I would suggest locking on(R3) to get a better chance of hitting.
