What do you think of Harry Reid's provision concerning the Health Care IMAC Board being unrepeal-able?

Buried in the hundreds of pages of the Bill that Reid has rammed through the Senate was Harry Reid criminal to write that no future Senate or House of Representatives would ever be allowed to question the IMAC in Section 3403 (dealing with the IMAC),more specifically in his own words; "It shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any Bill,Resolution,Amendment or Conference Report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection".Isn't this a criminal act to be throwing out the Constitution of the United States of America to make the IMAC Board the unalterable law of the United States of America forever? Isn't this the same IMAC Board that was causing so much outrage across the USA because of the great potential for it's misuse and abuse towards the Elderly,Disabled and frail of health in general?

Update:

EDIT:

Why aren't people far more alarmed at this turn of events?

Update 2:

EDIT:

Thorcorn and Speedfreak have it right, this is a jailable offense

It wont hold up and he knows it

There are dozens of court precedents that says one legislative body is equal to the next

The 112 congress can repeal any portion of any of the 111 bills/laws with either a simple majority or in the senate 60 votes

It doesn't even matter what the text of it is--it's the fact that something to be set in stone and cannot be altered by lawmakers is in there. Talk about tyranny and the desire for permanent rule. Harry Reid along with many other Congress members belong in jail.

I think it is time for Harry Reid, and others in Congress supporting this notion, to go to jail.

Nothing is beyond repeal, even constitutional amendments.

That is a disgrace. Even the Constitution can be amended.

I think it was pointless the democrats are not going to lose their majority they shouldn't even be worried about it being repealed this only makes them look like their worried.

Bush pushed through the Patriot Act that was totally Unconstitutional. Yet odd how I did not call him a criminal .Perhaps I should have .

BTW As A Democrat I am not crazy about the bill ; too Republican like.
