Assuming a week and "average" regarding all of the above, I'd say $5K.

Again a question that's hard to answer.
1) It won't cost very much if you live close by. Cheaper airfares.
2) It will cost heaps if you live far away ( Australia ) More expensive airfares
3) It won't cost very much if you stay at a Backpackers
4) It will cost a fortune if you stay in comfort. E.g Halekulani Hotel Resort
5) It will cost heaps if you stay for a month
6) It will be cheaper if you only stay for a week
7) It will cost more if you hire a car whilst your there.
8) It will cost less if you go by public transport.
9) It will be cheaper if you get an apartment. You can cook meals
