high reps isnt going to get you anywhere really bro. you would want to lift heavy weight and around 4 - 5 reps a set for three sets to get stronger. so by the 5th rep your struggling. doing a hundred reps is stupid.

are you nuts? you can only do 11 pounds and in 2 months
expect to lift 150 pounds on each arm? even if you took all
the steroids in the world, you wont accomplish that. 150
pounds is just stupid. I started of at 40 pound dumbbells
and it took a year for me to just bump up to 65 pounds
on each arm for 10 reps. I would not do anymore as you
can injure yourself by trying to lift as much as possible.

You need to lift with variety to force your muscle to constantly work. This can be accomplished by starting at 70% of your maximum lifting capacity for a set of 12, then 75% for a set of 10 and 80% for a set of 8.You also need to adjust the rhythm and focus of your movements. On the first set focus on the up by flexing your muscles with a 3 count up, holding for one and then a one count down. On the second set a 2 count up with normal flex, hold at max flex for a 3 count and a one down count. On the third set do a 3 count up, hold for one count and down for a 3 count but hold at maximum flex for the entire movement.
