Wearing contact lens to jog?

Is it okay for me to wear my lens and jog? Will it drop? I just realize today jogging with my glasses on, it's kinda blur my vision as the glasses tend to move.

    Wearing contacts is perfectly safe when jogging. In fact contacts are better than glasses for most sports.
