what is the name of the pianist?

i'm looking for the name of a pianist, i think it is a male but i am not sure, who does not play beethoven etc but plays more pop songs. it is an asian/oriental pianist.

    And I'm looking for the brand of soda that isn't Coke or Pepsi but comes in a two-liter bottle. It might be regional so I don't know if you've ever seen it.
