Does the hair bleach at Target & Walmart work?
I advise you now not to lecture me to go to a salon, I won't listen, I have no money to do that, If I did I wouldn't be doing it at home.
If the bleach there does work, What brand should I purchase ? Thanks.

I bleached the underneath of my hair, but I got it done professionally.
And I used the bleach from Walmart to bleach my little brothers mohawk and it turned like this weird orange color, so I wouldn't recommend it on darker hair, get it done professionally.
