Does anyone know of a credit card that offers interest free for at least18 or 24 months? I have great credit?
Looking to purchase high priced item for over 2K and want to spread out interest free payments over year and a half to two years without interest- dept store does not offer a store card. Anyone know of any 0% APR Credit cards for a year and half to two years? I see plenty of 12 months cards, but longer than that I am unaware. Thanks.

Six months free interest is about as good as it gets. If you can find it for 12 months, grab it quickly.

Sorry, but such an animal doesn't exist. The credit card companies make their money on interest, and spreading payments out over 18 to 24 months would rack up a lot of interest for them. If you have great credit, check with your bank and see what kind of plan they would offer. You might be better off to take out a low interest loan from your bank and pay the item off completely, then repay the bank loan.

Be careful about using cards in that manner.
Any time you use more than 25% of your available credit you are causing harm to your credit score.
The only way to get those 800+ scores is to pay in full each month.
If you are about to purchase a car or a home, make sure you are not carrying any balances on any credit cards so you can get top scores.
