I purchased a Norton Anti-Virus and I don't know how to install it.?
I bought the Norton anti virus CD from Best Buy and i inserted it into the slot where you put CDs DVDs etc. and i really don't know how to install it.
all it says is if you install from a CD or USB drive insert the media into the computer in the opening panel click install norton anti virus.
what opening panel?
can you be specific and tell me how to install it don't say there should be a window opened up or anything like that because nothing opened.

Well, ok so first u open the drive for where you place the cd's etc, then place the cd in the drive. Then u should wait for a while and then a window should open up, then click install, and follow the insturctions. if this does not work, then i think there is a problem with ur drive, or cd reader.

Go to your PC and then click twice on the CD ROM and the Install option should pop up automatically.
