No date has been set. David Slade, the director, says even he has no idea when to expect it.

I'm not sure either :(, but I heard that they might show clips or whatever from it at the Oscars or something next year. Like they did with showing a clip from New Moon (at the MTV Movie Awards? I forgot what it's called) they would do it in hopes to boost the ratings.
