My son wants an Ipod Touch 32 GB 3G. I really don't like the internet or youtube on it. I know you can put a password on them, but he can just restore it and delete the password. Is there anything else I can do? Like delete the Safari app and youtube app? Also, can I set up parental controls on the Itunes, so he can't restore it? Also, is there any other way around the parental controls that I should be aware of?

There is a way that you can do this.
Step by step:
1) On the iTouch, go to Settings.
2) Press "General"
3) Go to "Restrictions"
4) Press "Enable Restrictions" and then enter a password of your choice so that he won't be able to change the restrictions.

Well he cant get on the internet anyway is you dont have wifi but still do you really not trust him no block his internet access. The internet helps research and schoolwork too! And if he has any questions he can check yahoo answers.
