14 years old, 5'7 133 want to lose weight fast!?
i really want to wear short shorts. How can i lose 15 or 14 pounds in a month? I hate the way i look, im soo fat! help please. ive tried starvin for a day but i cant. its too dangerous and low carb diets dont work for me! i've tried it. HELP!!!

im the same and people call me skinny all the time.. and btw, y wud u want 2 wear short shorts? also, if you want to lose weight in your legs (thighs im assuming...) you have 2 work them out. (squats etc;). but seriously. evry1 is shaped difrent.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1) I don't think you really need to lose weight...and I'm glad you didn't stick with the starving idea.
2)If you want to tone your legs: Do squats with a beeper so that you are getting low and the optimal results. Box step ups really work the quads and will get you looking great in short shorts. (And balance balls work great when trying to tone your butt)
3)As for something you can eat/drink that will help. Try Acai Berry drinks - it's the super fruit that helps people lose weight super fast. Check out what Rachel Ray, Dr. Oz, and Oprah say about it.

Your actually lighter then you should be for your height! Your perfect size you shouldnt worry about that but if you really are comitted to losing weight then i'd say eat lean meats, green vegtables, and fruits, the heavy foods keep you fuller longer...for instance a banana fills me up for half the day then you can go for a walk every day. It'll add up over time and you'll gradually lose the weight, but stick to your 3 meals! if your gonna snack have maybe 2 snacks a day and have a fruit! :) Good luck!

First of all, 133 pounds is not considered "fat" for someone who is 5'7". Second, the only way to safely and reliably lose weight and get fit is through diet and exercise. 15 pounds in a month is a little high, but doable if you work at it.

start running and exercising. Ab work outs and a bit of weight lifting. any physical activity will help. Try cutting out junk food and Pop. Stick to drinking water.
If your trying to get rid of 15 pounds in a month, try pushing yourself for that first month every day. You don't need to keep up the workout afterward but you wont want to give up on it completely or you may start putting the weight back on.

The key to lose weight is to burn more calories then you are eating. So excise A LOT if you want to lose that much in 1 month and try to eat really heathly, but never starve yourself! Starving isn't good for your body and would make you want to eat more. But you aren't that fat either...

It's gonna sound sarcastic but, exercise, get in atleast 45 minutes a day of healthy exercise, tell your family to support you and only allow you to eat healthy food over the course of the next 4-5 months, you will drop atleast 10 pounds, and tone your butt if you do it right. i recommend jogging/walking then if your ready start lifting 3pd weights and doing cardio,

OH EMM GEE! im the same age, same height and same weight as youu x)
and oomg i tried starving myself too.
i also tried excercising but afterwards i just got lazy.
you'll probably be like me too, so just don't try to lose weight. if u check online, you're weight is average for someone your height.
i gave up on trying to lose weight, so I think you should too, because you're NOT fat
