    Hey B,

I love this banana smoothi below, but one of my favorites is the oreo smoothie! I use them after my workouts to get in my protein.

The link below is a youtube video of how to make the smoothie, I use their recipe. The place where I get my protein has a forum page with a ton of smoothie recipes, they are all pretty good.

I love the choc flavor. good luck.

I use all of them. Put in about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the vanilla yogurt if you bought a big container. And 2 tablespoons of the strawberry if you like them together.

    Freeze your fruits.

Use 3 big tablespoons of each fruit and the whole banana.

Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter if you have it (this adds protein and good fats to your diet)

    Blend 'em up!

You may want to check your yogurt though because flavored yogurt can have a high sugar content. I use plain yogurt then add a bit of vanilla for sweetness. Enjoy!

    Just made one tonight with

    1 banana

    1 cup plain yogurt

    1/2 cup milk

2 cups frozen strawberries (they don't have to be frozen, it's just what I had)

(I added 3 tablespoons of sugar but since your yogurt is already sweetened you might omit the sugar)

    This makes two servings

Since it's not made with ice cubes, there is no reason not to make extra for later :)
