First, be yourself the entire time. No one likes people who are fake. And don't just come right out and say it. Start up a conversation with her. Mention something, like your going to a movie this weekend. Or that your going somewhere. Ask her if she'd like to go. If she says yes, then good for you! If not though, well.... wouldn't you much rather have her say, "No i don't want to go to the movie" rather than, "No i don't want to go out with you."? If you guys go on that "date," then ask her on another. But never say," will you go out with me". That could put her in an uncomfortable position.
