I have a new Itouch 8g and having problem with apps?

The problem is I had the facebook app for it, it worked fine this morning, I also had a few others that where offerd like for flikr and Nine Inch Nails, and now none of them are responsive, you click on them and they act as if they wanna pull up but does not do nothing, I have removed them and re installed with no change, what could be causing this?
