Do Tervis Tumblers have unsafe levels of BPA (Bisphenol A) in them, or is it OK to drink from them?
Google yielded limited information (mostly outdated) and Tervis' own website doesn't say much on the subject. I'm hoping Tervis is making BPA-free products now, since even Nalgene offers BPA-free bottles these days.
I also emailed Tervis directly but am still waiting for an official response (been 2 days now).

Hi,
You can check for BPA by yourself at home. There's a simple method, just check out the the link posted under sources.
Keep safe,
