Is this a good basketball for me to use?

I am 13 and I want to use this to practice indoors at my local gym, since all of the basketballs there are flat i just want to buy my own.

That is a great ball, but if you are only looking to play indoors I would suggest just getting an indoor ball, but if you are looking also to play outdoors this is a great ball.
