Would Moses receive justice at Nurenburg?

Or would he be able to get off on the "I was just following orders" defense strategy?

    1) Would Moses receive justice at Nurenburg?

I think it would be difficult, as he's been dead several thousand years. It would probably be rather difficult for the judges at Nuremberg (aren't they all dead as well?) to arrange it so that Moses could face his accusers.

    2) Or would he be able to get off on the "I was just following orders" defense strategy?

Let's see - "I was following orders when I escaped with all my people from Pharaoh". Worked pretty well then, didn't it? The question is this: what charges might be laid against him that would require **any** defense? What "war crimes" did Moses commit?

If I were you I would be more concerned about the Great White Throne Judgment of God.

"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire."
