how do I trust somebody with a invention or product upgrade?
I have a great idea (i guess) hanging in my mind for a while i about to start a specific drawing design and i have almost all the research i need, now I am going to need a professional engineer to bring it live how do I make sure he wont stole my idea? would your answer apply in different countries?, I know copy rights could be an option but I can CR it without a better product specification.

You don't. Have them sign a non-disclosure agreement, first. This, in itself, does not prevent someone from discussing your idea outside of your business arrangement but it does provide you with a legal recourse for their failure to comply with the agreement.
The best thing you could do is hire a patent lawyer. Like any service provider, interview and get comfortable with the lawyer first, before paying a retainer.
