What is the best farming method to get maximum profit in Farmville?

I'm planting grapes and blueberries right now, but I plant my whole field (12x12), harvest the crops and get a big sum of money. However, when I re-plow the whole field and sow seeds again, I lose so much of the money and end up with a small profit ultimately.

What's the smartest way to plant and harvest so that the profit wouldn't be practically drained in replanting?

Update:

I'm not an idiot...I'm level 27... but it took me a long time to get to this level, I want to know a FARMING METHOD to yield max profit...such as plowing a certain section and growing there instead of using the whole field..something along those lines

you get more coins per crop the higher up you go, and also the longer they grow (2 days, 3 days are going to give you more money than the one day grapes or the 4 hour blueberries). But it's good to have the experience points you get from turning over the ground more often. I plant a variety, not all the same thing. Get some melons growing there, and you will get a return on your investment, but save some space for the berries too. Eggplant is about the best, because you can get to be a "master" on all 3 levels without too much time/plants, and then you will get coins and XP (experience points) galore every time you master all 3 levels of a crop. When you scroll over the seed boxes in the market pages, you can see how many more you need to go in each one to master the next level.

WELL, if you want help from the Farmville Guru. I try to get my friends to find lost animals while they collect from animals. Then I try to get ribbons and receive money. Then I would try to find if my friends got ribbons and go to collect the prize. I get my higher level friends to gift me animals and tree's since they give alot of money too. I have 27 trees and 20 animals on my farm. I just repeated this process and now I have 57,000 coins. I could add you on facebook and help you. I'm a level 38. I normally plant wheat alot. Since farmville is now still in the Christmas theme, you should try to plant some Poinsettia. You have to try to plan your playtime. Say if you are playing at 7 in the morning and can only play at 7 in the morning every day, then you would find a plant that takes 24 hours to grow. Going on your friends farm ca also help too since they might have trouble and you could help them and receive money from completing jobs like chasing raccoons, and raking leaves and stuff. If you have unusual animals like an Alien cow or black/gold/brown chicken you can normally get much more coins with them. Don't buy item that you can't afford or items that might make you broke. I set a limit to how much I can buy a day. I spend 1000 coins a day to buy items and plant seeds. But I gain that money back by collecting from my animals. Maybe even more from collecting my animals. I don't normally plant seeds anymore since I have so much money and I have many tree's and animals.

    Hope that helps.

You have been sucked into a psychological vulnerability known as "loop compulsion" (google this term) by the evil empire Zynga. They have taken advantage of your inherent psychological need for routine and order, and lured you into a compulsive sense of behavior by creating a game that never ends. Do you think that pouring water into a bucket with holes in it is fun ? These games lure a lot of people in but they don't last, because there is no long lasting quality or meaning in the activity. You need to get out while you still can. And don't try to sell your farm - there are already hundreds of thousands of people who are addicted to this compulsion loop behavior and who spend (collectively) millions of dollars on worthless digital crap. I would go the Jim Jones route - feed everyone Kool-Aid and burn the farm down.

  • This takes time. Look at how much each crop earns, after buying the seeds itself. Plant your whole field, and harvest when its ready. Usually the best seeds take the longest time to grow.
