If you only sneeze once each time, it's probably a cold. If you sneeze in pairs or groups, it's probably allergies. Allergy treatments are pretty effective -- the most effective is diphenhydramine (benadryl) it'll make you drowsy, though. You could us loratadine or alavert -- they're non-drowsy, and work well. For a cold, I have a regimin that I do, and I NEVER stay sick for long -- most people think it's ridiculous and overkill, but -- hey, it works for me. I take 1000 mg of vitamin C every hour for 12 hours, then I take 1000mg of vitamin C every 12 hours for the next several days. I also take zinc lozenges (not pills, but lozenges, that you suck on) every 8 hours for several days. The vitamin C boosts the immune system and helps fight off infections. Zinc, if taken early enough, can work against the virus by not letting it reproduce as easily. Good luck, and I hope you feel better!

Just do the remedial promise as below:

Take 10gm. of adrak (fresh ginger) an 5g, of dalchini (dry cCinnamon and make decoction in a a glass of water when it is reduced to 1.4th add a tablespoon of pure hone and drink it at bed time. Do not drink water or have eanything above it, the next day you will be fine by 50% and the next day you will be fine 100% .

Eat small cardamom after every meal for good digestions.

It's impossible to cure a cold, there's currently no treatment that works. You can however treat the symptoms with a variety of mild treatments such as decongestants, cough mixture and in fact anything else that makes you feel better and takes your mind off your illness.
