I am loosing "time" with my husband and I have tried different doctors. Most say it may be normal for me to bleed this much. I don't think that it is! I don't want birth control I want children. my best friend had periods like you. she had to wind up going to a fertility dr. but finally she got pregnant and now is pregnant with her 3rd child. try going to a fertility specialist if they should know whats going on.

Yes it is true some women never have their period regularly. I am proof of that. I usually skip periods I have had to take Provera to get my period and now I am seeing a fertility specialist and started Clomid last month and I will have to take Provera again and start the second round, hopefully this will help me ovulate.

Oh and about the birth control, I conceived my son on BC by missing a few days, so it is still possible to get pregnant on BC.

    Good Luck!
