Should Panthers owner have offered HC J.Fox to come back next year or fired him?

As of now Fox, GM hurney and the entire coaching have been offered to come back for the 2010 season. If Jake is the starting QB next year [ Fox is very loyal to the veterans] Panther fans will rain hate on him after what Moore has done in his short stint as the starting QB.

Update:

If Moore isn't the starter going into the 2010 training camp there has to be an open competition between Moore and Delhome to determine the starter.

I think the right decision was made, for only the second time this season after benching Delhomme for a finger injury. Fox is a good coach, just shouldn't have been so stubborn with the QB situation, although that may have not been soley up to him since the franchise spent so much money to keep him. It seems all the bad decisions made this year involve Jake Delhomme, so I think it's time for a new QB and getting a new coach for an otherwise great team would only set them all back. I don't want to sound like I'm jumping on a bandwagon, but I've been hoping to see more of Matt Moore for a couple of years now....
