my ipod is locked, and I don't know how to unlock it. Is there a way to reset it? please let me know. Thanks

Yes, you can reset it using Itunes.
Heres how:
1. Hook up your Ipod like usual
2. Go to Itunes
3. Click on "Your names Ipod"
4. Click on the summary tab
5. Click on "Restore"
It will restore your Ipod to factory settings, just like when you bought it. All of the songs\videos\pictures ect. on your Ipod will be erased so make sure you have backups.
