TV settings help on LG tv...?
Ok, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have an LG tv by the model of 47LH30-UA and the picture isn't what I thought. It isn't very clear, and also we have the cords for HDTV and good quality. Is there any help that someone can give me such as the options to set everything to.
Also, the tv can't seem to stay in full screen. It is always altering back to some slim view no matter what picture view I have it on. Please, any help would be appreciated.
sorry, but im looking for a more specific answer. its an LCD HDTV with 1080p. i need setting options to make the TV clear.

I have one, put it on the 16:9 setting and the tv is usually blurry..i'm assuming plasma? get an HD receiver and it'll be clear as hell.
Source(s): the widescreen doesn't fit onto a lot of movies..i.e DVDS pay channels, etc, so you're stuck there. There is one setting that I found..I don't remember right off hand but in your menu, go to picture and there is a setting that when you change it, it formats whatever you're watching to full screen as you change it so you know which works best. In other words, turn your channel and find something that doesn't fit your screen, then go into picture options on your main menu and change the size setting until you see the picture fit, this should also make it a little more clear. Mine also had an issue where the combination of brightness and contrast made it blurry, I believe they're set to 65/70, respectively and it cleared up.
