What is "Bantec Service Agreement", and should I get rid of it?

You can get rid of it, but I wouldn't get rid of it.

It allows Dell Corporation to service your computer if you ever need it serviced, if you purchased a warranty, or need it repaired for whatever reason after warranty expiration. I'd leave the program alone, as it also controls a motherboard driver, I think. Well, at least on my Dell.
