3d modeling software for beginers?

Okay, I want to model a picture of a dog (lassie) and I was wondering if you know of any software for extreme n00bs? I've Tried Blender 3D but it's too complicated for me. Same with anim8tor. A little help?

your phrasing is ambiguous. are you going to model the dog or the picture?

t-splines for Rhino3d modeling is good and fairly easy to pick up

the t-splines for Rhino is a plugin. Rhino is a 3d modeling program.

if you are going to model a picture just draw it on whatever you want(photoshop, illustrator, etc)

    Blender; $0 or $10/month

As a hobbyist, freelancer, or small to medium sized studio you can use Blender as a low-cost alternative to Maya ($125/month), ZBrush ($800), and After Effects ($20/month).

while you're doing a coarse in regardless of, then get the appliance out of your college/college, i'm confident they'd have a chit/shared version or some thing. Blender is quite lots the best loose 3-D modelling application. you could continually try AutoCAD? ;S
